Responsible Tourism with Four Seasons Campers
We love nature and we do all we can to look after it and nurture it
At Four Seasons Campers we are passionate about offsetting our carbon footprint and sustainable tourism. Our campervans are all less than 2 years old making them more economical and fuel efficient than holder motorhomes and campervans. All our campervans are short-wheel based campervans meaning that they are lighter than other campervans and motorhomes and consequently have a lower impact on the roads.
We Plant a Tree with every booking
We care so much about the beautiful Scottish environment. It’s why we do what we do! However we realise that there is a cost to the environment and our planet from our campervans touring Scotland. Which is why we decided to plant a tree through Trees for Life on your behalf with your name on it in our Four Seasons Campers Grove up in the beautiful Glen Affric Highland countryside. It’s our way of saying thank you to Scotland to help sustain it and be an eco-friendly campervan company.
Help us to clean up Scotland's beaches and shorelines on your road trip with us
We have aways advocated ‘leave no trace’ when camping in Scotland but we ask our eco-friendly campers to go one better and borrow our gloves and litter pickers to help IMPROVE our lovely beaches and loch shores. Trust us….it’s good for the soul as well as the environment!
We use eco-friendly cleaning products
As well as cleaning our campervans and our Four Seasons Campers base with eco- friendly campervan cleaning products, we also supply eco-friendly washing up liquid, detergent spray and bamboo toilet roll with each hire
Our Sustainable Green Practices at Four Seasons Campers
We encourage wildlife at Four Seasons Campers Base - look out for videos of bees, butterflies, swallows and swifts on our social media channels!
What is Green Sustainable and Responsible Tourism?
Green, Sustainable Tourism, or Responsible Tourism encourages visitors to Scotland to consider the impact their visit has on the environment. There are lots of ways we can help protect Scotland from the impacts of over-tourism, including considering where and when we visit, choosing sustainable and active ways to travel, and staying in environmentally-friendly accommodation.
